Cordale Offices

This development, in the West Dunbartonshire town of Renton provided Cordale Housing Association with contemporary, purpose built two storey offices. The site is located on Main Street and demolition of existing derelict commercial properties and construction of the new office building has resulted in a marked improvement to the overall streetscape in the town centre. The prominent location also provides convenient access for tenants and the inclusion of parking to the rear of the building provides a further significant benefit to both staff and visitors. Particular challenges associated with this project included the demolition and construction works adjacent to the heavily trafficked Main Street together with associated diversion of existing drainage and utilities.
