G3 were appointed to provide Civil, Structural, Environmental Engineering and Principal Designers services for the recently completed Dundashill Phase 3 development in Glasgow.

The project delivered four & seven storey flatted blocks, totalling 90 mixed tenure units for the client West of Scotland Housing Association, constructed by CCG Scotland LTD and ArcTech Scotland.

At date of completion, Dundashill Phase 3 is currently the largest Passivhaus development in Scotland, occupying a prominent location overlooking the city centre.

G3 were subsequently appointed to provide Civil, Structural & Environmental services on two further phases at Dundashill. Phase 4a of which is currently on site with seven blocks of three storey townhouses being constructed, providing a further 78 units.
